Kursk Institute of Cooperation (branch) of the autonomous non-profit organization of higher education "Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and law" was established in August 1, 2003 under the Decision of the Board of RF Centrosoyuz №180-P on the basis of non-governmental educational institution of secondary professional education "Kursk Cooperative College" under the Kursk Regional Consumer Union of the Russian Federation as the Kursk branch of Belgorod University of Consumer Cooperatives.
Due to the Decision of the Board of RF Centrosoyuz dated by June 22, 2005, No. 69-P, amending the Charter of Belgorod University of Consumer Cooperatives, the branch was called the Kursk branch of educational institution of higher professional education of Centrosoyuz of the Russian Federation "Belgorod University of Consumer Cooperatives".
Since 2007, the full name of the University is stated in the following wording: Kursk branch of the educational institution of higher professional education "Belgorod University of Consumer Cooperation".
On May 18, 2011, Belgorod University of Consumer Cooperation was reorganized into the Autonomous non-profit organization of higher professional education "Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law", which became its universal (full) successor, and the full name of the branch is set out in the following wording: Kursk Institute of Cooperation (branch) of the Autonomous non-profit organization of higher professional education "Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law».
Pursuant to part 5 of article 108 of the Federal law of December 29, 2012 №273-FZ "On education in Russian Federation" from July 23, 2015 name of the Autonomous non-profit organization of higher professional education "Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law" are in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education by excluding the word "professional". Based on order No. 300 of July 28, 2015, the name of the branch is set out in the following wording: Kursk Institute of Cooperation (branch) of the Autonomous non-profit organization of higher education "Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law».
Currently, the full name of the branch in Russian is as follows:
Курский институт кооперации (филиал) Автономной некоммерческой
организации высшего образования «Белгородский университет кооперации,

INFORMATION ON TIMELINE AND WORKING HOURS
Working hours of the administration of Kursk institute of cooperation:
5-day working week, 8 hours per day
Working timeline of the administration of Kursk institute of

Monday – Friday 8.15 a.m. - 17.15 p.m.; break: 12.30 p.m. - 13.30 p.m.;
days off: Saturday, Sunday.
The working hours and timeline of the Institute and its structural divisions are set by the Internal Work Regulations.
Training schedule of the Institute:
The beginning of the academic year for students: the first course of
full-time training – September 1st; full time/part time and
part-time training –– November 1st; the second and the
subsequent courses of full-time, full time/part time and part-time training
– September 1st. The timetable of training sessions is approved
by the Director of the Institute and provided to students by its location
at public places of the Institute and at the official Institute website no
later than 10 days before each academic term starts (no later than 1 day
before training on additional educational programs and on basic vocational
education programs starts).
The beginning of the school year for students: 1st year of full-time education – September 1st,
full-time and part-time education - November 1st ;
2nd courses and subsequent courses of full-time, part-time and distance learning – September 1st.
The schedule of training sessions is approved by the Director of the branch and brought to the attention of students by placing them in public places in the branch and on the official website of the branch no later than 10 days before the beginning of each semester (for additional educational programs and basic professional training programs no later than 1st working day before the start of training).
